Softech Mobile (Containerized) Water Treatment Plants are systems where one or more of the treatment systems such as filtration systems, softeners, disinfection systems, reverse osmosis systems, etc. are installed and shipped in one or more closed containers as part of a project.
- Installation and commissioning can be finished quickly on site since the mechanical and electrical installations are completed inside the container before shipment.
- As they do not require any additional buildings on site, a concrete base of suitable dimensions would be enough to make.
- If the raw water and processed water tanks have large volumes, they can be built as concrete or modular tanks on site.
- If capacity needs to be increased in the future, the plant can readily expand by adding more containers.
- Since this is a mobile system, it can be easily transferred to another location in the future if required.
The following optional solutions can be added for these containers according to the needs of the customer:
- Interior and/or exterior heat insulation for containers
- Different coating options on base floor
- Interior lighting
- Heating/cooling with Air Conditioner (A/C)
- Heating with different types of heaters for extremely cold project locations
- Remote monitoring and control
