Prefabricated Solid Separation System Pumping Stations

In areas where there is no central sewage system and are far from wastewater treatment plants, Prefabricated Pumping Stations are used to transfer domestic and/or industrial wastewater from a lower elevation point to a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) or a sewage system at a higher elevation point.

In Prefabricated Solid Separation System Pumping Stations, dry installation type submersible sewage pumps are used to pump (transfer) the wastewater. All units and accessories comprising of the Prefabricated Pumping Station are shipped to the construction site as an already installed compact plant. Once the necessary excavation work on the field is complete, wastewater and electrical connections are completed in a short time to commission the plant. It can be used for many years without any problem thanks to the High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) tank. If required, potential fault and maintenance information can be sent to the operator via the SMS information system.
